The new Anna Community Library and Plaza is the heart of the city’s downtown municipal hub. Brought to life by the Anna Community Library Task Force, this project was truly designed and constructed with the community in mind.

Plano ISD Williams High School Renovation

The renovation consists of new student and staff corridors, relocation of existing student restrooms and electrical rooms, and the creation of new classroom wings.

Irving ISD Student Transportation and Logistics Center

As the Construction Manager for the replacement of the Irving ISD student transportation and logistics center, McCownGordon demolished the existing transportation center and replaced it with a two-story building which houses new conference rooms, offices, training rooms and bus maintenance bays.

College recruiting has gone to the next level with the new Jayhawk Welcome Center at the University of Kansas. Filled with high-tech displays and interactive exhibits, the modern glass-clad structure sits adjacent to the Adams Alumni Center in the heart of campus along Oread Avenue.
