Coming from a background of facilities management and program management for construction activities in multi-site organizations, Andrew has spent time across the table as the owner.

Fueled by her care for people, Audra is the backbone every office needs. Her unwavering belief in the value of individuals as the greatest asset of our organization continues to fuel McCownGordon's mission.

Brandi is not your typical HR Director. She’s fun, easy to talk to, and goes above and beyond to make McCownGordon a best place to work. Leading our Wellbeing, Inclusion, and Women in Leadership committees, Brandi empowers our associates to live healthy lifestyles.

Charles is the Regional Leader of the Dallas office and a part of the McCownGordon executive leadership team. Charles is well respected by his peers for his approach to building strong chemistry with all stakeholders.

Chris has more than 30 years’ experience in the industry and brings a high level of organization, on-site administration, and communication skills to all his projects.

Chris, a Project Executive by day, finds success in all aspects of his life from coordinating his team on the job to playing bass guitar. With a talent for hitting all the right notes, Chris strikes a chord of excellence in everything he does.

Chris works to provide our clients guidance and budget management during the design phase. In his free time, he serves on the Builder’s Association Board of Directors and can be found with his family at the lake or biking around town.

Whether she’s working out the details of a mechanical system or working out on our Peloton bike, Emily is a dedicated hard worker. She leads our Building Performance Solutions department, which specializes in MEP, VDC, and Commissioning services.

Leveraging her 35+ years of experience and knowledge of the market, Gale leads the preconstruction team in DFW, working closely with trade partners, design teams and owners to deliver comprehensive preconstruction services.

Jamie lives and breathes manufacturing and brings unparalleled expertise to the table having started his career in operations. Based in DFW, Jamie works with clients across the country to understand their goals and ensure McCownGordon delivers results.

As the MEP Director for our Building Performance Solutions Group, Jason has an extensive plumbing background and over 20 years of experience in the industry.

With extensive experience in financial planning, Jeff assists in evaluating strategic direction for the entire company. Most mornings, this workout buff can be found in our gym, but sometimes his routine appears to involve drinking coffee and watching the news.

With more than 30 years of industry experience throughout the State of Texas and specifically the greater DFW metro, Juan Rodriguez brings a wealth of expertise to the McCownGordon team.

Nancy is a true innovator when it comes to talent management, leadership development, associate relations, and organizational development. When she’s not working, you can find Nancy boating on the lake with her family.

Nate's dual degrees in Computer Information Systems and Civil Engineering drive his passion for enhancing performance through technology. Before crunching numbers as an estimator, Nate played collegiate basketball at the University of Central Missouri.

Peter is a certified Project Management Professional experienced in executive oversight of international and domestic construction projects.

Ramin plays an integral role in establishing McCownGordon as a leader in delivering client-focused construction management services. When he’s not busy with CEO duties, this avid photographer might be framing a perfect shot or kicking back with his wife and kids.

Ryan brings a valuable and unique perspective to the team as both a licensed architect and attorney. While Ryan says he is all business and doesn’t need a fun fact, in his spare time you’ll find him planning for his next vacation adventure with his wife and kids.

Sheri leads the overall marketing strategy and implementation, building our brand and setting us up well for strategic growth. Outside of work, Sheri spends her time watching college football or on the hunt for the best burger in KC with her husband and two sons.

Steve provides support to ensure your project runs smoothly. He also leads our field operations, self-perform, warehouse/logistics, QA/QC and scheduling teams. What keeps this Jamaica-native relaxed through the week? Working out and being with his family and dogs.

With over 23 years of expertise in managing K-12 education projects across 18 school districts, Steven is your go-to guy. With his extensive experience, he brings a wealth of knowledge and skills to every project he undertakes.

In his 19 years in the industry, Travis has had the opportunity to be part of a wide array of projects and roles, including time spent as a QA/QC manager and site superintendent.

Travis Walker has over 10 years of experience in the DFW public sector. As the Business Development Manager, he works closely with the Dallas business unit leaders to strengthen and build relationships in the DFW region.

Whether it's exercising, working on home projects, or bringing greater good to the people around him, Willy always has a vision of making something better. He joins the McCownGordon team as the Vice President of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
