McCownGordon Construction Expands Leadership in Texas with Addition of Neha Dugal as Vice President
Industry veteran joins firm’s Texas leadership team to strengthen client relationships and market engagement

Dugal joins McCownGordon with more than 20 years of construction industry experience, including leadership positions at leading construction management firms across the nation.
In her new role, Dugal will focus on deepening client relationships, fostering trusted partnerships and serving as a key ambassador for McCownGordon throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth region. With a strong track record of engaging clients and partners, leading complex projects and building lasting relationships across the marketplace, she will help clients navigate critical decisions, strengthen community connections and further expand McCownGordon’s impact throughout North Texas.
