With more than 30 years of industry experience throughout the State of Texas and specifically the greater DFW metro, Juan Rodriguez brings a wealth of expertise to the McCownGordon team. He most recently led operations for the Southwest region of one of the nation's largest construction management companies. Prior to that, he spent a bulk of his career rising through the ranks of another national firm with operations throughout Texas, most recently as regional vice president of operations. Active in promoting diversity in the construction industry, Rodriguez chaired the Hispanic Contractors Association from January 2010 to January 2015 and served as co-chair of the Construction Industry Outreach Advisory Council. He earned an MBA from the University of Texas and a B.S. in Construction Science from Texas A&M University.

In his 19 years in the industry, Travis has had the opportunity to be part of a wide array of projects and roles, including time spent as a QA/QC manager and site superintendent. As Director of Operations, he provides executive level leadership to teams at the earliest stages of projects to understand business goals and develop solutions. He ensures our teams are built with people who have relevant experience and expertise to bring the best value. He is also accountable for ensuring project teams have all the resources necessary to deliver top-notch performance and customer experience.
