The 7th Annual Association of Talent Development Excellence in Practice Awards were held on March 30, and McCownGordon came away with two awards.
Amanda LaGue won Best Up & Coming TD Professional, which recognizes professionals who are in the first five years of their Talent Development career. McCownGordon also won the award for Integrated Talent Management, for the company’s Career Conversations process. This award is given to programs that aid in building an organization’s culture, capability, capacity, and engagement through people development strategies.
