Charles has spent the past 40 years serving the North Texas Construction industry leading strategic planning, operational insight and client development for such firms as Charter Builders and Balfour Beatty prior to joining McCownGordon. Charles is well respected by his peers for his approach to building strong chemistry with all stakeholders and following the core values of integrity, performance and relationships to deliver exceptional project outcomes. He is the Regional Leader of the Dallas office and a part of McCownGordon executive leadership team.

Travis Huffman

Public Market Leader

In his 19 years in the industry, Travis has had the opportunity to be part of a wide array of projects and roles, including time spent as a QA/QC manager and site superintendent. As Director of Operations, he provides executive level leadership to teams at the earliest stages of projects to understand business goals and develop solutions. He ensures our teams are built with people who have relevant experience and expertise to bring the best value. He is also accountable for ensuring project teams have all the resources necessary to deliver top-notch performance and customer experience.

Gale Roberge

Sr. Director of Preconstruction

Leveraging her 35+ years of experience and knowledge of the market, Gale leads the preconstruction team in DFW, working closely with trade partners, design teams and owners to deliver comprehensive preconstruction services. In her career, she has worked on projects across a wide variety of market sectors including K-12, higher ed, municipal, tenant interiors and commercial. Gale’s depth of estimating expertise gives her the knowledge to develop creative cost-saving solutions, allowing clients to achieve their goals.

Juan Rodriguez

SVP Market Leader

With more than 30 years of industry experience throughout the State of Texas and specifically the greater DFW metro, Juan Rodriguez brings a wealth of expertise to the McCownGordon team. He most recently led operations for the Southwest region of one of the nation's largest construction management companies. Prior to that, he spent a bulk of his career rising through the ranks of another national firm with operations throughout Texas, most recently as regional vice president of operations. Active in promoting diversity in the construction industry, Rodriguez chaired the Hispanic Contractors Association from January 2010 to January 2015 and served as co-chair of the Construction Industry Outreach Advisory Council. He earned an MBA from the University of Texas and a B.S. in Construction Science from Texas A&M University.

Travis Walker

Director, Business Development

Travis Walker has over 10 years of experience in the DFW public sector. As the Business Development Director, he works closely with the Dallas business unit leaders to strengthen and build relationships in the DFW region, showcasing the exceptional value McCownGordon brings to its clients. His proven dedication to understanding client needs, fostering collaboration and delivering tailored solutions will enhance the firm's mission to provide the best building experience. Previously, Walker served as a client solutions manager at a top construction firm where he launched a new municipal public sector market. He earned his degree from Texas Tech University.
