The center features a pre-engineered metal building housing an indoor aquatic facility with a six-lane competition pool and diving well. Additionally, the space includes a gymnasium, a modern fitness studios, locker rooms, a workout area, an indoor track, and a childcare center. Beyond the main facility, the project encompasses site-wide improvements to enhance accessibility, functionality, and aesthetics.

Located adjacent to a middle school with significant pedestrian traffic, the construction site required careful safety measures. To protect students and pedestrians, the McCownGordon team installed an automatic sliding gate system. This ensured that sidewalks could be closed when construction traffic exited the site, minimizing risk and maintaining a secure environment.

Recognizing the importance of this project to the entire community, McCownGordon created a dedicated website featuring monthly project updates and live camera feeds. This initiative kept residents informed, fostering excitement and engagement throughout the construction process.
