To achieve this impressive transformation, CrossFirst selected their trusted partner, McCownGordon. Our collaborative approach ensured the vision became a reality. The state-of-the-art environment is ready to support CrossFirst’s growth in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The existing, 3,600 square foot retail building required complete interior and roof demolition as well as demolition of two sides of the building. This extensive demolition phase laid the groundwork for a complete reimagining of the space.
The newly renovated space echoes the high-end finishes found in the company’s Kansas City offices. Abundant natural lighting creates a bright and airy atmosphere, while modern glass-walled offices provide a sense of transparency and openness. The space also boasts a dedicated conference room, a comfortable lounge area, and a break room designed to encourage employee interaction and collaboration. A new roof completed the project.
