This Privacy Policy explains how McCownGordon Construction (“McCownGordon,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares and protects information when you visit our website or use any related services (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.

Information We Collect
Information you provide. When you complete a form, subscribe to our newsletter, register for something, or otherwise contact us, we collect the information you submit, such as your name, email address, phone number, company and any message content.

Visitor identification. We use a third-party service that may identify visitors to the Site and provide us with, or append, personal information about you — such as your name, email address, company, and other contact or professional details — even if you did not submit that information to us directly. We use this information for marketing and sales outreach. You can opt out of this activity (see “Your Privacy Rights”).

These providers may process your information under their own privacy policies. We do not control how third parties use information collected through their technologies.
Managing cookies. We use a consent banner (provided by HubSpot) to manage cookie preferences on the Site. Non-essential cookies are enabled by default, and you may opt out at any time using the banner or your cookie settings. You can also adjust your browser settings to refuse or delete cookies, though some features of the Site may not function properly as a result.
Do Not Track / Global Privacy Control. Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal or a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. Where required by applicable law, we honor recognized opt-out preference signals such as GPC.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share information in the following ways:

Depending on your jurisdiction, some of this activity may be considered “sharing” or “targeted advertising” under applicable privacy laws, which you can opt out of (see “Your Privacy Rights”).
-
Legal and safety. With government or law enforcement officials or other parties when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to comply with applicable law or legal process, respond to a claim, or protect the rights, property, or safety of McCownGordon, our users, or others.
