By offering increased care services, the project will have a tremendous impact on fostering greater health and equity within the community and will serve as a catalyst for more research and economic development in Kansas City.

UMKC will house key assets in the building for the following programs: UMKC School of Dentistry, UMKC School of Medicine, UMKC Health Equity Institute, UMKC Biomedical Engineering, and Data Science and Analytics Innovation Center. The scope of work also includes the build-out of 70,000 SF of office space atop the two levels of University Health.
