With stunning views of the Plaza that can be seen from the outdoor patio or through the floor-to-ceiling windows, the office space in 46 Penn Centre features unique touches such as high-end, artistic lighting throughout and the CrossFirst Bank logo incorporated into the ceiling of a conference room.
Large open areas offer employees and clients several seating options to collaborate; there are also one-person rooms for private phone calls. This location also serves as a bank branch for customers.
CrossFirst Bank was impressed by the work of McCownGordon on their corporate headquarters office in Leawood, earning them the work for this project through a negotiated selection.
With this project starting at the same time Covid-19 hit the US, the team encountered many unknowns and challenges. Through careful coordination, communication and flexible navigation of challenges through a pandemic, the project was successfully completed on time and budget.
